Our activity needs, have to be met in order for us to repair and recover quicker than someone just simply looking to lose weight and lose a few inches. As athletes we need to get this fuelling and timing right, to get the absolute edge.
Losing weight is the bain of most of our lives. We struggle to shift the excess and it also reaches the point where we hit that Plateau and just can't get to the next set of digits on the scale.
